ui glass maximized transparency behavior

UI, Glass - Maximized, Transparency Behavior

Instead of blacking out the Taskbar and title bar when a window is maximized, it'd be much more pleasant to just make them 100% opaque while retaining the user-specified color tint and the background of "glass" beams.
(like it is when you max up the Intensity slider in the Color Scheme personalization)

To be honest, I'd rather they stay transparent according to the Intensity setting no matter what the state of the window.

No, they are not working on it, it is deemed final, expected behaviour. -- -- Andre Windows Connect | http://www.windowsconnected.com Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta

I would consider some things to be buggy regarding this, if I maximize a screen on my second monitor, I lose the glass on the side bar and the taskbar.

That wouldn't surprise me...

Yes, the black borders are simply ugly. I don't see how dirty black goes with clean white...
